One of the most successful American, romantic and fantasy films, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, was released in theatres on 18th of November in 2011. Directed by Bill Condon, the film is surely one of the most famous fantasy film series in the world. Breaking Dawn tells the beginning of the second part, Breaking Dawn: Part 2, and is one of the films of The Twilight Saga, based on book series written by Stephanie Meyer.

The film casts all previous main members, Kirsten Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson. Producers were Karen Rosenfelt and Wyck Godfrey, whereas the writer of book series, Stephanie Meyer, helped out. Melissa Rosenberg, who wrote the screenplay, has written the first three screenplays of the film series. The film was a success in the USA and the rest of the world ($712 million), although it received rather negative critical reviews.

So, whether you are more of a bookworm or a film lover, Breaking Dawn – Part 1 will take you on a fantastic journey with spicy eternal love between Bella and Edward, who are finally getting married. The two lovebirds are planning to consummate their marriage on their honeymoon, which is quite a big deal, and is expected to happen, by the fans, from the first film of the series.

One of the most known trivia of the film involves the goddess film director – Sofia Coppola, who was interested in directing this film. Sadly, Summit split the film in series, and she was willing to direct only the whole film. Nevertheless, the film was a box office hit, because the whole Twilight Saga was a spectacular mix of romance, fantasy, fight between good and evil, vampires and eternal love. Moreover, The Twilight Saga continues to be our way to another, better world full of vampires, werewolves, eternal life, love and odd creatures.
